Welcome to the new City of Peoria, IL Stormwater Utility Billing Website

IMPORTANT NOTICE REGARDING CREDIT OR DEBIT CARD PAYMENTS:
Beginning June 15, 2026, to increase payment security, all payments made using a debit or credit card will verify that the zip code entered matches the zip code on file with your card issuer. If the zip code does not match, the payment will be rejected. This includes all accounts with autopay enabled and cards stored in Payment Information. Please verify your zip code on any debit or credit cards you have stored in the Payment Information section of the Utility Billing site. If you are unsure of the zip code attached to a debit or credit card, please contact your card issuer to verify or correct your zip code on file with them.

You will be able to login to this site by clicking the "Sign In/Register" link in the upper right-hand corner of the screen and using the same Username and Password as you did for the old Stormwater Utility Billing website.  If you have questions or need help, please refer to the helpful links in the "How To Links" just to the right of this box.
